Just a few words before we start the Christmas and New Year festivities.
I would recommend that all Clubs who have fixtures during the Christmas and New Year period should contact their pitch provider to ensure that their pitch and changing facilities will be available. If any pitch is withdrawn you must contact Ron Bright (Fixtures Secretary), your opponents and the Referee immediately.
There could well be some last minute fixture changes during the next two weeks so please check the website for the latest news.
Congratulations to Brit Academicals and Brush Rangers who have won through to the fourth round of the Essex County Premier Cup. Also to Hockley British Legion and South Benfleet United who are in the fourth round of the Essex Junior Cup where, unfortunately, they have been drawn against each other.
The League Officers and Committee would like to extend their best wishes to all Clubs, Players and Officials for Christmas and the New Year.
