I enclose a copy of the Constitution for 2007-08 that was agreed at the Annual General Meeting. Unfortunately there has already been one withdrawal, that of Old Southendian second team who were to play in Division 6. This division will remain with ten teams. Should there be any further withdrawals from this or any other division, the Management Committee may require to invoke the provisions of Rule 5K.
The League is required to submit the Constitution to Essex County F.A. for approval. The list must include the County Affiliation number for each Club. The following Clubs have not yet advised me of their Affiliation Number for 2007-08 and I must ask that you provide this information no later than 8th July - Rule 2E.

If you have submitted your application to Essex County but have not yet received notification of your Affiliation Number, please call them and ask for the number. The Postal Strike will inevitably delay the arrival of the paperwork. Please call me as soon as you are notified of the number.
Finally, New Clubs and Clubs who may be changing their pitch must ensure that as soon as you receive confirmation of your pitch you advise Ron Bright (Fixtures Secretary) of its location and the name of the sharing Club (if any) and the League in which they play. This information is normally sent to you by the pitch provider when confirming your booking.
